Curious about the whole picture. Careful with the details.
I am a communications and marketing professional based in Stockholm, with a career that has moved between hospitality, tourism, airline representation and international digital campaigns. The connecting thread is people: understanding what matters to them and making collaboration work.

What hospitality taught me
Before communication became the centre of my work, service made its mark on how I work. At Mälarpaviljongen and in other Stockholm hospitality roles, the quality of an experience depended on preparation, timing and attention to people. An event could look effortless to a guest only because someone had considered the details beforehand.
From a destination story to an international partnership
My first period with the Polish Tourism Organisation developed my experience in media relations, multilingual websites, newsletters, trade events and the promotion of Poland across the Nordic region. TAL Aviation brought the commercial perspective of representing Aegean Airlines and airBaltic in Sweden. At Etraveli Group, the scale became global: airline and destination accounts, media campaigns and coordination across different channels and teams.
Why I keep making things myself
I enjoy the strategic conversation, but I also want to understand what it takes to deliver it. Writing a page, preparing a newsletter, working through an image hierarchy or checking a campaign version reveals questions that a presentation can miss. My design and web projects keep that practical curiosity alive.
Learning that expands the perspective
Communication and PR at Berghs, graphic design and advertising at Forsbergs, and further studies at IHM in AI, customer insights, digital selling and agile project management complement my tourism background. I am interested in how these disciplines inform each other: evidence can improve a creative decision, and a clear story can make complex information usable.
How I want the work to feel
Clear enough that people understand their part. Open enough that a better idea can change the plan. Structured enough that commitments are remembered. Human enough that the relationship still matters when the deadline gets close. Those are working principles I try to practise, rather than promises of a perfect process.
A useful conversation starts here.
