I am interested in better decisions, not technology for its own sake. Studies in customer insights, AI, digital selling and agile project management help me ask sharper questions about audiences, evidence and useful improvement.

Customer Insights & Engagement at IHM combined fundamentals, digital analytics and surveys. The supplied certificate records 50 YH credits and the grade Väl godkänd across the three modules. This strengthens my approach to distinguishing an observation from an assumption and choosing evidence that fits the question.
Use AI with a clear task and human judgement
My IHM certificate in artificial intelligence and machine learning in marketing communication records 40 YH credits with Väl godkänd. The value of this training is a more informed way to assess opportunities for analysis, automation and content support. Accuracy, context and responsibility still require human review.
Treat improvement as a sequence
A useful improvement starts with a defined problem, an explicit idea of what may help and a way to judge what changed. My project-management studies and independent website work encourage that sequence: clarify, make, review and adjust. I present learning as a developing capability, without implying qualifications or results that the supplied evidence does not establish.
