Dariusz Cydejko · Stockholm
An international airline. A local commercial reality.
As Sales Executive at TAL Aviation Nordic, I represented Aegean Airlines and airBaltic in Sweden from October 2015 to December 2016. The role placed me between the airlines and the travel companies bringing their services to market.

A link across the travel trade
The employment certificate describes contact with business-travel agencies, tour operators, online travel agencies, leisure retailers, MICE and group producers. It also records collaboration with embassies, tourist boards, incoming agents and press. Understanding the differences between these audiences was central to relevant sales and communication.
Sales planning and relationship work
Responsibilities included customer visits, newsletters, support in negotiations, workshops, customer events, study trips and representation at fairs. Reporting, sales follow-up, market analysis and sales and marketing plans connected the relationship work with commercial priorities.
